Commercial Use Licence by Mamrotka

Do you want to use my designs in your small business projects?
Then this is the license for you!

*NOTE: This is NOT a license for designers. Only products listed in the Commercial Use category are available to be used in designing your own kits.

Please read the following complete Terms of Use and ask any questions you may have BEFORE purchasing!

This license entitles you to use products by Mamrotka Designs purchased at www.digital-scrapbook-art.com for a period of one year (12 months) in your small business design projects and ventures. After a period of 12 months, you will need to repurchase the license to continue using Mamrotka Designs products. If you choose to renew your license with Mamrotka Designs you will be able to renew at a reduced rate of $15 for the next year. This license does NOT apply to my contributions to kits sold at any other website and/or freebies.


TERMS OF USE By purchasing this user license, you are agreeing to the terms of use as specified below, so please read them fully:

All graphics created by Mamrotka and therefore are copyrighted property and will remain so. They are only licensed, not sold to you which means, that they do not become your property, you are obtaining a license to use them.

YOU MAY:
- use my products from Mamrotka Designs in your designs for your personal or small business commercial use.
- modify the graphics in any way you wish to use them for your personal or commercial project.
- make profit from selling new products YOU have made using QuickPages/Paper Arts to your own customers (For Example: you may populate and customize a baby announcement template for your customer, and then sell it for profit, provided that there are no more that 200 prints made in total from your purchase.) (*The use of these images on any national level or for mass production requires an additional license.)

YOU MAY NOT:
- make profit from selling my products, even if they have been modified.
- republish these graphics and sell them either electronically or physically.
- claim these graphics as your own.
- alter these graphics and call them your own.
- take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.
- offer them in any other graphics collection, on a website, or individually for either for sale or free.
- make graphics into tubes or brushes for use with Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and redistribute them in any way.
- offer any purchased graphics images on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
- make Digitalized Embroidery designs, rubber stamps, cross stitch kits or scrapbook kits to resell.
- add them to Software Programs.
- make profit from selling the Quick Pages/Paper arts to other designers/photographers in the form of a template, or something THEY may use for profit.

PROFESSIONAL CRAFTERS – Individuals who produce tangible crafts and products that are sold to others on eBay, Etsy, or personal website, etc.
- You MAY use my Products/Designs in preparation of your crafts.
- Any given Product/Design MAY be used to create handmade, tangible craft items which are sold directly to the public. (For example, you can produce scrapbook layouts, candy bar wrappers, greeting cards, baby announcements, paint cans, lamp shades, glass blocks, t-shirts, quilt squares, jar labels, recipe cards, note cards, stationery sets, window clings, magnets, wall hangings, decoupage wood items, indoor/outdoor signs, book covers, gift bags, gift boxes, etc. Digital templates of these are NOT permitted.)
- Your handmade crafts MAY be sold at craft fairs, and other venues, including online websites as long as you follow the guidelines produced in this TOU.
- You MAY NOT sell more than 200 items per calendar year using the same Product/Design.

SCRAP-FOR-HIRE – Individual digital scrapbooking artists that produce hard copy scrapbook pages for clients such as family, friends, co-workers, etc. that want to preserve their precious memories, but just don't have the time or don't know how to do it for themselves.
- You MAY use my Products/Designs in the preparation of a hard copy digital scrapbook for your client. (Flattened or printed version ONLY!)
- You MAY provide a preview to your client in digital format so long as it's flattened and not able to be used as a template.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS – Individuals who take portraits for their clients such as baby or family photos, or for an event such as a wedding, anniversary, etc.
- You MAY use my Products/Designs in the preparation of a hard copy digital album for your client. (Flattened or printed version ONLY!)
- You MAY provide a preview to your client in digital format so long as it's flattened and not able to be used as a template.

*Commercial Use Licence is excluded from discount coupons.*
