You digital goodies are available to you immediately after you complete your purchase. You will have up to 10 attempts to download per file. Each link remains active for 30 days.
To access your downloads, you will be provided a link(s) as soon as your checkout is complete.
If you wish to download your files at a later time, you can enter your information at Log-In and go to My Account. There, you will see your order history and this is where you can access your files.
SHIPPING
Currently, ScrapBird.com does not offer a CD burning service. If you would be interested in something like this, please send us an e-mail and we will take it into consideration for the future
PAYMENT
ScrapBird.com currently accepts paypal and all major credit cards securely through paypal. You do not need to have an account with paypal to use your credit card for purchases.
RETURNS
Generally, we do not accept returns on downloaded items. If there is a defect in the product or an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the situation.
We reserve the right to repair or replace the merchandise in question or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
